Munise Ulker

Munise is the principal broker/owner of the HomeSmart Success Realty located in Bedford. She is a licensed real estate broker in NH and MA. Munise received her Masters degree in Business (MBA) at Carlow University. Her education is one of the cores of her success in negotiations, persuasion and marketing techniques. Being a contributing member of the community is a must for Munise. She is on the steering committee for Interfaith Women of NH, and a member of Bedford Women's Club of NH. She lives in Bedford with her husband, Dr. Riza Ulker who is working with children who are in the Autism spectrum. They have a daughter who is in college and a son who is in high school, they enjoy hiking, kayaking and cooking together.
