As first-time home buyers, my partner and I went into this process without knowing what to expect. We were really grateful to have Arathi work with us through this process. She was extremely patient with all our questions. We learnt a lot about process as well as what to look out for when buying a house. She always kept in mind, our tastes and budget, while looking for places for us. Arathi walked us through every minute detail during the house viewing process and told us without hesitation why certain houses wouldnt work for us even if we really liked the place. She explained every step of the process as we went through them and was available every time we had a question, and was there to allay our fears when things werent going as smoothly as expected. She was our voice of encouragement and reason and we couldnt be more thankful!
