4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Had a client call me at 7am on a Saturday and was needing to get into a new home in less than 3 weeks. We sat down came up with a plan together and by 10 PM that night we had them pre-approved with a lender and an accepted offer. They closed in 2.5 weeks into their new home and was able to move in right in the time frame they had to move.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have always had a passion for working with people and I felt that Real Estate gives me the opportunity to do this on all types of levels.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
My team has a military background and a teaching background. We feel that these two put together helps us be ahead of the game and be very structured while working through each transaction regardless of the type.
