Morgan Womble

Morgan Womble, a Raleigh native, has been in the real estate business since 2001. He served in the United States Marine Corps in the Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team, is a graduate of NC State (GO PACK!) and is a Licensed General Contractor. His time in the USMC instilled leadership traits and helped him recognize the importance of Mission Accomplishment in life and business with improvising, adapting and overcoming obstacles as they are presented. He is an active real estate broker and General Contractor in the Triangle Area with a focus on the Raleigh, Wake Forest and Franklin County markets. The Morgan Womble Group powered by Compass is led by Katie Womble, Morgan's wife of 20+ years. Katie, a licensed broker, is solutions-driven, obsessed about opportunities and always bounces back with passion while managing our agents and employees and advocating for our clients and customers. Morgan and Katie have put together a team of devoted and knowledgeable real estate professionals who understand the importance of teamwork and opportunities and provide a real estate experience that's more than just a transaction.
