1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Hire an agent, don't be afraid to ask questions, don't be afraid to make a decision, it is not the end of the world. We can learn from our mistakes. Work with someone who is in your best interest.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Hire an agent because it is okay to support someone else, Ask questions, listen to advice, and be ready to make your next move better than the previous one.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Well, I sold a house to a Husband & Wife October last year and they didn't know much about the process so I had to take extra time to help them from start to the end. When they started freaking out I reminded them that I always keep my promises to my customer, and they were pleased to have me as their agent. I felt so much love that I had the chance to serve them
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Well, growing up as a kid I wanted to be an Architect so I love houses. Seven years ago I was looking for something else to do where I can serve the people and be my own boss. I hate the word HOMELESS so I wanted to help others find a place to live in and there is no better feeling for me than doing that
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am continuing to educate myself about real estate so I can answer my customers' questions and guide the right direction.
