He listened carefully to my needs (to get a good price but also to sell quickly), developed a strategy to implement this plan, and had a series of buyers lined up within a short period of time. As it happened, I needed to be out of the country for most of this period. He took on all of the tasks that really should have been my responsibility (dealing with tenants, arranging for gardening and repairs) and he did so as a matter of course. I really cannot thank him enough. I had put off selling my house for years, because I was afraid of the stress and the time it would take. Basically, I made one phone call to Mordechai, and that was it. He always consulted me when there was a choice to be made (as I had requested) but he took over from there.
