I have worked with The Moose Group twice. Most recently, Moose helped me with the purchase of a house. I am not an exaggerator, and I can honestly say that the entire experience was awesome. One of the things I most appreciated was the thoughtful communication through the Tuesday video updates as well as the use of WhatsApp chats to stay up-to-date in real time. I was always able to get my questions answered quickly. I had sort of stumbled into using Redfin on my first offer, but there were several red flags that occurred during the offer and inspection period. I was able to move on and this time I went back to the expertise that Moose offers. He made a point to tell me that he wanted to earn my business, which he did. I have recently recommended Moose to my co-workers and I will do so again in the future. I cannot recommend Moose and his team highly enough!

Working with the Moose Group was a breeze! When we first started working with Moose, he knew we were looking but knew it might not be for awhile. He would check in with us from time to time to see where we were at, but he never made us feel pressured. Over a year later we were ready and we knew we were going to work with Moose. Throughout the buying process we were kept up to date through WhatsApp, which was very nice, we never had to wait long to have our questions answered. The team made everything feel convenient and the lender they referred us to, Keith Akada, is my new favorite person! Ive completed four real estate transactions using the services of Moose Math as my Realtor over the years (two home sales, two home purchases), five if I also count The Moose Groups help with my son and his fiancA(C)s first time home purchase, and I highly recommend Moose and his team. From a strictly business standpoint, they are consummate professionals. I feel confident when working with them that every deadline will be met, every i dotted, and every t crossed. From a personal standpoint, Moose is simply good people and I think he surrounds himself with other good people. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to have as good an outcome as I did with The Moose Group. Our last real estate agent lied to us, was untrustworthy, and couldnt sell our house. That experience left us completely gun shy and jaded. We gave Moose a chance and he delivered on his word from the moment we met. Everything he promised he would do, he did. He does his job so well. He is upfront and honest. During such a stressful and anxious process, it was good to know that the weekly updates were coming right on time and that the team was working for us.
