Fortunately, I was able to get the apartment, thanks to Monjurul's help. I'm sure he's as busy as any other broker in the city (maybe busier, since he has such great reviews), but he was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the application process. He went over the lease with me, answered my questions, and basically made the process painless. When you're looking for an apartment in New York, you need a broker you can trust.
