I consider myself reasonable, but I have very high expectations for service and professionalism. You cannot do better than Monique. Part of being reasonable, in my opinion, is understanding that although she may not be able to answer my call instantly, she'll respond very quickly and keep me up-to-date. Honestly, I'd be concerned if she had the free time to immediately answer my call each time I needed to speak with her. I know that her busy schedule means she's making the contacts that are going to help me accomplish my goals.
