From the moment I walked in to Ms. Monique Carter's office I was greeted with a warm smile and sincere desire to help me find my Dream home. In today's fast pace world we miss that and customer satisfaction is based on how quick you can answer a text or respond to an email. I appreciate her attention to my home buying needs and her availability to call with results. At no time did I feel I could not reach her or her staff. Again my search began in February shortly thereafter I saw a home place a bid but that offer did not get accepted. Of course it's not a good feeling to get turned down , but Monique prayed with me and assure me that what God has for me is for me and it would come without worry or doubt so I walked away from that ready to press forward . I put in another offer on a home I feel in love with ,and closed on it this May.How awesome is that!! I cant thank Carter and Associate enough for their hard work and diligence to see me through my first home buying experience.
