She provided us with so much information on comps in the area and had wonderful marketing tools. When she gave her opinion on what we could list our condo for my husband and I wanted to list a little higher. She completely respected our decision to list higher, but we ended up selling/our appraisal came in at exactly what she had recommended in the first place. :) This was our first time selling a home so we had a lot of questions and she was always available and willing to answer any questions and concerns we had. If I ever called her and she couldn't pick up right away she would have her partner Andrea contact me or she would text me right away to let me know when she would be able to get back to me. Two days before our escrow was supposed to close the whole deal almost fell through due to funding issues with our HOA. Monica spent hours on the phone working everything out and making sure everything would proceed as planned. She literally saved our sale and made sure everything closed on time. Monica is 100% dedicated to getting her clients the best deal and making things run smoothly. I look forward to working with her again in the future when we are ready to buy again!
