We went through a process of buying property remotely in Trinidad, and she hung in there with us doing remote showings through three contracts on three properties (two were killed by the inspections - see below), until we finally closed on a lot for our "forever home." My first experience with Monica was when I found a few houses online and I needed more information. Living in another state and shopping for a home online can be a long road with lots of disappointments. When I first left a message, and she quickly responded. I was pretty abrupt, telling her what I'd seen online and exactly what I was looking for. She was very professional and accepting of me and my desires for a new home in a new town. She was able to answer questions I had about each property immediately. She was so fast to respond about each property that I was skeptical, but then I came to realize she knows Trinidad housing and rentals like the back of her hand! She arranged for me to see all of the properties I'd found online, and others she also knew about, before I came to town for a two day "shopping spree".
