Ms. Monica Villalobos has been our agent twice in Colony Park. The first time in 2020 when we decided to lease our home. Monica listed the home, screened the applicants, and provided two qualified tenets. The tenets that Monica recommend were great. They took great care of our home and paid the rent every month without a missed payment. In 2022 when our tenets decided to purchase their own home, we consulted with Monica, and decided to list our home. With thoughtfulness, skill and effectiveness, Monica coordinated all the prelisting activities with us and very important to us, our tenets. Monica took care of everything. She had our home ready for market on time. Monica presented two great qualified offers and worked through all the contingences to close on time. There are thousands of details when leasing or selling your home. Monica is so organized and resourceful that worry and headaches never came up. She is proactive in her communication, so you always feel up to date. There are always bumps in life and when you are four hours away, they can feel even more challenging.
