Monica was a joy to work with during the home buying process! My wife and I applied in one community in a different city and due to numerous complications with the community we had to look elsewhere. That elsewhere was about 60 miles away from where we started. Monica was more than willing to meet us over there and guide us in the process. We eventually decided to go forward with applying for a plan in the new community. Long story short. The same day we applied we got a call!
