The listing she produced for our home was monumental, from the professional photography and video production as well as the marketing. Monica was a joy to work with during the home buying process! My wife and I applied in one community in a different city and due to numerous complications with the community we had to look elsewhere. That elsewhere was about 60 miles away from where we started. Monica was more than willing to meet us over there and guide us in the process. We eventually decided to go forward with applying for a plan in the new community. Long story short. The same day we applied we got a call! My wife and I struggled with the quick decision we had to make. Monica assisted us with pros and cons of the decision. We decided to take the house! Over many delays and time from October to august Monica checked us on frequently and any questions we had she answered! She is amazing and glad we had her as our realtor/go to person! Working with Monica on a recently closed investment purchase transaction for a mutual client has been nothing but AMAZING! Not only did we meet the closing timeline, but we were able to close the transaction in only 18 whopping days! Monica never fails to do a fantastic job throughout the entire process. Monica helped us find our home she was amazing and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. She was very reliable she kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure we understood everything. She went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met and understood what we were looking for. Monica was awesome, I felt like my preferences and questions were heard and catered to. She was even able to find answers to some of my more necrotic and absurd questions.... with out even making me feel like I was a jerk. Work took me to colorado... and apparently since her license is in California, was unable to be my agent since no longer buying in CA..... but she still helped me to find an agent in colorado even though she was no longer (unable to be) my agent.....I highly recommend Monica!
