1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Purchasing a home is most likely the largest purchase a person can make! Be sure to align yourself with an experienced, full time, knowledgable team; real estate agent, lender, home inspector, and title company. These are the professionals you are trusting to make the process an easy one.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with several buyers including first time home buyers, military relocations, investors, etc.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently helped a military family relocate from Texas. They were lucky enough to be able to travel to Las Vegas to search for a home. We spent a solid 2 days looking at properties throughout Las Vegas and Henderson. We were able to find the perfect home for them and they closed in less than 30 days. Buying a home while living in a separate state can be overwhelming. They were able to trust our team to take care of all the details.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My father was a sales agent/broker for nearly 50 years. Growing up, he ran his business from our home. Before cell phones and the internet, business phone calls were made directly to our home phone. I was answering phone calls and taking messages from a very young age! My father must have made a rather large impact on our family as my brother and I both are real estate agents! We saw first hand how our father assisted in not only finding the perfect home, but helping his clients make the best financial decisions for their families.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am constantly taking classes on how I can better serve my clients. My most recent education was a Military Relocation Professional designation. I knew if I was going to work with military families, I needed to know their specific needs.
