I was approved for a house less than $200,000.00 or a condo for less than $180,000.00. She helped me save up money and I borrowed from my 401K and my 457K. She showed me only the places that I can afford. No other realtor even wanted to talk to me when I said I had no money in the bank right now. Monica asked do you have a job and how much do you make?
