Monica helped me purchase my first real estate in Monterey a couple years back. Once we closed I had asked her for recommendations for a contractor because I wanted to remodel my condo. Her recommendation was the best contractor I could have ever had and he did an amazing job. While I was remodeling I stayed in contact with Monica and saw a ocean front home that I was interested in and I had asked Monica to write a letter to the owners to see if they would be interested in selling. Well we never heard back but 6 months later Monica remembered me wanting to purchase that home and she reached out to me when a different home that was 4 homes down came up for sale! I was blown away that Monica remembered what I was looking for and then reached out. Well to top it off she helped me purchase that home with a 17 day close for almost half a million dollars below asking! Now that is negotiating! Once we closed on the ocean front home I didn't need the condo anymore. Monica listed it a price I felt was above what the market was allowing but she agreed that she felt it was possible to achieve. Monica did the first open house on Easter a holiday she could have taken off but she felt it was a great day to get folks in to see the condo. We had over 16 viewers on first day and Monica had an offer above asking 4 days later. I cant express how amazing and selfless Monica is as a real estate agent. She is not just an agent to my family but she is a friend and we will be in contact with her the rest of our lives.
