Brandon Hamamura was truly exceptional in helping us to make this purchase. Even though he is based in Orlando, he was more than willing to continue working with us in West Palm Beach. We were impressed with his knowledge and resources to help us obtain professional services for the home purchase in an area of Florida that was 3.5 hours away from the Stellar Orlando office. My husband and I knew it would be a difficult task to attempt to make a choice and a purchase in FLA from our home in Danvers, MA but we were able to base our decisions from tour videos and visits to the villa that Brandon was able to do for us. The sellers realtor was not helpful with this. Brandon was patient and worked through some tough situations with the sellers agent. His cool, calm mindset kept our anxiety low and gave us the confidence that all will go well in our negotiations. He suggested the best way to position our offer that will give us the the best chance of acceptance and it worked! We were able to close in 2 weeks! We consider ourselves very lucky and blessed to have Brandon Hamamura as our realtor. He is rated higher than a ten in our book! We are very thankful that he helped us find our dream Florida home.
