Monica moved to the Triangle area of North Carolina in the fall of 2012 from California and now shares her time between Durham and Charlotte. Her love for bike trails, mild seasons, and natural forestry attracted her to the beauty and versatility of the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area and even Greensboro & Charlotte. She is very knowledgeable and structured! We were always in communication and every step of the process was clearly explained. She definately operated with our best interests in mind. All of the people she recommended were also very knowledgable of their portion of the house buying process. We can't thank our agent Monica enough. We contacted Monica on May 29 and by July 31st she helped us get our home prepared within weeks of contacting her, our home was under contract within days and we closed on our new home all in about 60 days. I am very type A and do not like giving up control easily. But I put all my trust in Monica and she DELIVERED! I'm sure I drove her crazy with all of my questions, but she answered all of my concerns thoroughly and quickly. She was responsive and was always available to show us properties when ever we were ready. We just cant thank her enough for her expertise and her honest opinions on the properties we were looking at.
