Monica helped us purchase our home. It was a long process but when we found our home she helped make it happen. We had to deal with the worst sellers realtor I have ever seen. (That realtor had no ethics or morals. She slowed us down a ton) Monica kept us in the know and even ended up having to contact the selling realtors broker.
