I am relocating back to the Space Coast for a new job, and I was referred to Mona Stevenson by a mutual acquaintance. In the interest of full disclosure, we had met before. Mona talked over my rent vs buy options with me, and showed me buying was the best option for my case. I had a limited time to look for homes, living away from the area, and she quickly put together a whirlwind tour for the few days I could be there. The home I ended up buying was not one I would've looked at had Mona not picked up on my preferences from the other properties, and I am glad she did!
