We met Michelle about 2 years ago when we were looking for a duplex, granted that search fell through but personality, knowledge and dedication truly made a lasting impression. I told her then and we was my realtor. Even when I was just casually looking at homes here and there she would check in to see how I was doing, making sure I was well prepared for the housing market. This last November I came across a house that I felt was way out of my league but I just absolutely loved it and couldnt stop thinking about it. I reached out to Michelle just to see what the possibilities were and next thing you know we are on the journey to purchasing the home. To say this was the fight of a decade is an understatement. The trials and tribulations we faced to try to get this properly at moments were truly defeating. Being told it wasnt possible to it maybe being possible just truly took a toll on everyone involved, Michelle never stopped fighting. Not only was she my realtor but she was the lender, the listing agent, a handywoman, a detective, a broker, a tax consultant, an accountant and attorney and many more titles that I cant begin to name! Whatever was needed she did it, day and night she fought for me and my family. Not only that but she kept it real, she didnt try to sell me a pipe dream to just get a commission. She didnt force me into situations and agreements just to get the deal done. She let me know the pros and the cons of each step so I was never taken off guard! Not only that but she is a woman of connections, whatever we needed she had a person for the job. Its like a one stop shop with her and we couldnt be more pleased. To say all that we were blessed with our new home on Valentines Day that came with a bonus home as well as 6+ acres of land. To have someone in your corner like thataEUR|theres no amount of money that can buy that kind of integrity, pride and dedication! It just has to be in you and we are so thankful it was in her.
