Seamless and stress-free sale of home and purchase of new home thanks to Molly Walker! I have to say we lucked out finding Molly and strongly recommend her services if you are in the market of selling and or buying a new home. We decided to explore selling our home this past March and after researching agents, narrowed it down to a list of top 5. I sent requests late at night expecting to hear back the following morning but Molly actually replied that same night (only one that did) to schedule a phone call the next morning. We spoke the next morning and scheduled a time for her to come by. During our meeting, she took great care to make sure we understood all of the possible options and to help us choose how to list our house for sale in a way that provided us ample time to find a new home. Needless to say, the market was unlike anything anyone had ever seen during this time and not only did she help to get us more for our home than we had imagined, but also helped us to choose the best offer that provided us the time we needed to find our new home by way of an extended use and occupancy while we searched. During our search in an insanely competitive market, she was extremely knowledgeable on how to make our offers stand apart from others and we had our new dream home under contract within a month with terms that allowed us to move in before our U&O expired. We are a week into living in our new home and cannot express our happiness with this decision and agree that this is without the best decision we have made. Molly helped to make what could have very well been an intensely stressful and risky decision during these times seamless and stress-free. I am sitting here writing this review in our dream home aEUR" a dream home that I wasnt sure we would ever find. Finding the perfect home in such a crazy real estate market was a daunting task, fortunately, we were lucky enough to find Molly Walker first. It is hard to know where to start when trying to explain just how amazing she is.It is fun to watch her work an open house. She asks insightful questions I would never have thought to ask, and it was so reassuring to know she was on our side. She can point out the warts in a house as easily as she can create a vision of what it could be. She gave us the same energy each time we saw her, whether it was the first time we met or a year and a half in. She has an amazing team that she can leverage to the benefit of her clients. From getting an early read on what houses were coming on the market, to recommending our closing attorney and lender, to the stager/photographer (who made our old house looked so beautiful, we wondered why we were leaving); Her network is deep and filled with incredibly talented people. I am sure we were not model clients. We were looking for very specific things, in a very specific town in a red-hot market. We had false starts aEUR" places we loved when we toured and then talked ourselves out of on the car ride home. A long list of must not haves and an even longer lists of must haves. After a year and a half and dozens of open houses she never lost her patience or her confidence that we were going to find a house. And we did aEUR" the dream house. We owe it all to Molly.
