Molly is a phenomenal real estate agent! Had a big house with a big yard, and Molly knew just the type of strategy we needed to sell our house. Most homes in our neighborhood, because of their size and cost, have historically sold in about a year. We had offers on ours in less than a month, and closed in less than three. She answered all our questions simply and concisely, gave us a timetable she thought we could expect (proved to be right on), and made closing details easy. Highly recommended!

This review is difficult to write, only because we do not think our words can adequately convey just how incredible of a realtor that Molly Stevens truly is! As a military family with over 20 years of service, we have moved several times and have purchased/sold a number of homes. Consequently, we have a lot of experience working with realtors all across the country. But our experience working with Molly blew them all out of the wateraEUR|in terms of ease and satisfactionaEUR|from start to finish. In our initial consultation with her, she took great care to patiently catalogue all of our desired specifications for our new homeaEUR|from common concerns like location, proximity to schools, etc. all the way down to the most minute details. She then created a very detailed list of properties for us to evaluate, first online and then in person. This made our limited in-person time extraordinarily efficient and effective. She was tremendously responsive as wellaEUR|addressing any questions or concerns within minutes by text, phone, or email. That was impressive given the vast array of other clients she was also helping alongside our search. Once we found a home we wanted to make an offer on, she helped us navigate all the nuances of a highly competitive marketaEUR|making a complicated process incredibly simple. Her wise counsel paid off HUGE as our offer was selected, one of nine highly competitive offers made on the home. At that point, Id have expected her to dial back the level of assistance she was providing us, but it only increased. She guided us all the way through the closing process and helped negotiate details of the transition between the sellers and us. She even went so far as to give us the aEUR~sweetest house warming gift, complete with gluten free goodies for our daughter who has special dietary needs. She also mentored our family on all the details of our transition to the Collierville area, to include: places to shop for groceries or furniture, doctors for the family, a vet for our dog, and food recommendations for our kids. She also helped connect us with professionals to help with painting, installing new carpets, moving in, and house cleaning. Even to this day, shell periodically check in with us to see how we are doing. This is a level of service that is truly above and beyond what anyone should expect and is testament to her passion for the area and her commitment to her clients. We cannot more strongly recommend her to anyone that wishes for a smooth and stress free transition to the Collierville, TN area. You will NOT be disappointed!!!
