Ultimately, I called Molly because of her glowing reviews. I'm so glad I did! I was apprehensive about selling because this was the first time I sold a house. From my first call with Molly, she put me at ease. The first time I met with her she made me feel heard and did not make any promises about sale price. We talked about upgrades to the home, the state of the current market, and comparables in the neighborhood. After I signed on with her she shared what she thought the house could sell for and asked me if I was comfortable with that number. She never forced a price on me or made me to feel like I wasn't behind the wheel. In fact, I felt like I was "driving the car" and she was giving me clear and concise instructions from beginning to end.I can't say enough about my positive experience with Molly. During that time I had a medical emergency. Molly was super respectful of my time and made me feel like everything was taken care of. And it was! There weren't any hiccups! This whole process was so easy. It's almost hard to believe. Not only did everything go smoothly, but we even got way over asking, which exceeded our expectations.Molly and her team didn't skip a beat. Their communication was great and I never felt left out of any of the decision making. If you're on the fence, take it from me and give her a call. I have no regrets and am beyond grateful her. She made what could have been a super stressful time a great experience.I also recommend using the scheduling app for viewings. It made things a lot easier.

I was not familiar with the area that the house was located and had no idea how much the house would be worth. Right away, he looked into the area and gave me suggestions on how much the house could be worth.When I told him that I was overwhelmed about getting the house ready for sell and also getting laid off due to the pandemic, he immediately asked if I was okay. That really meant a lot to me. I don't think other realtors would do that. He made my experience that I thought would be extremely stressful and challenging...very smooth. He is AWESOME!!
