About Molly Love

Hi, I'm Molly Love, and I've been a REALTOR for over 10 years. The time sure flies when you're having fun! I was lucky enough to enter the real estate world into my family's successful real estate team that they started back in 1999. Between the 3 of us, we have decades of experience in the most volatile real estate markets Maryland has ever seen. We have a sophisticated process for buyers and sellers that has been refined many times over the years, but with a complete overhaul in Summer 2023. We have Master level equivalent education in Real Estate, and have successfully helped over 700 families and individuals buy and sell properties. The market has never been more aggressive than it has been in the last 3 years, and when you're facing multiple offers trying to buy a house, knowing which factors will set you apart are key. When it comes to selling a property, pricing and exposure are everything. An agent may tell you they can snap a few photos with their phone, and list the house on the internet and it'll sell in a few hours, but that simply isn't the case. There's a proven process behind garnering multiple offers, and we have the step by step recipe. Whether you've been saving your down payment for years and are finally ready to make your first investment, or you're a current home owner looking to sell and make a move, we've got you covered. I am also specially trained in the Trauma Informed Approach, and am happy to serve clients with deeper needs, such as divorce sales, estate sales, or those struggling with mental health and finances, and need a path paved to get out. My husband and I feel so very fortunate that we found Molly Love! We met by accident when I knocked on the door of a private showing (didnt realize). Molly could not have been kinder and scheduled with us the very next afternoon to show the home. We were both immediately impressed with her depth of knowledge. Wise beyond her years, she knows more about home construction, engineering, building code and industry trends than any other realtor weve met. In addition, Molly is very well versed on contract negotiation and the ins and outs of home inspection and appraisal (and the conditions that affect them). In addition to her helpful knowledge, Molly is one of the nicest humans we have come to know. She has been attentive, supportive and collaborative without any hint of pushiness. Molly made the entire home buying process easier than I ever could have imagined. My husband and I were both first time homebuyers and within 3 days of first reaching out to Molly she had a selection of about 20 places in the area within our budget for us to look into. She helped us to find our dream home and was with us every step of the way answering any of our questions and listening to our concerns and getting the answers we needed. I tend to worry and overthink every little thing and Molly was always there for me ready to answer or track down the answer for any home related question.
