Let's start with the positives - One of the things I loved about this guy - he always had a backup plan to everything even when you didn't know you needed a backup plan. Next, you ask for an inch and he would go a mile and a half. Our property was zoned "commercial" but not for churches or office space. By getting it zoned for churches he was able to get us $200k more for it and we were under contract within a week! Boom. Lastly, what stood out most from the beginning was he asked me questions about me personally. I had another realtor who just sent me a contract to work with him exclusively. I asked him if there was anything he needed to know about me to get started. He said no. He made it an easy decision with which realtor I wanted to work with. Go crush it buddy. Thanks for sticking with me and getting us over the finish line.
