Mitch was a God send!My wife and I purchased a rental investment property (complete nightmare). For 2 years we struggled to manage and maintain the property and problematic tenants. Subsequently we blindly hired a property manager, who exploited us. The dishonest property manager took advantage of our trust and lack of experience to say the least (stole funds). Mitch was able to deliver the property successfully. In addition to this roller coaster ride, Mitch lost a loved one and he was still able to be professional, honest and strong.
