Mitchell is dual licensed in California (DRE# 01950757) and Nevada (RED# S.0190963). Since Mitchell's grandfather first received his Real Estate license in 1956, our family has been actively transacting and managing personal and investment property. As part of a family that prioritizes firsthand experience, over the years we've participated in everything from large commercial and residential purchases to numerous sales and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges along with numerous remodel and sale preparation projects. This collected experience informs the counsel and support that we provide our clients and has led to proven results in both Residential and Commercial Sales. Our approach is proactive, client centered, and relies on having and understanding the best market data available. An engineer by training, Mitchell also relies on his high level research and process-building skills to efficiently sequence and execute the many moving pieces in Real Estate transactions. In our opinion, the role of a Realtor is similar to that of a Center in Ice Hockey- the position Mitchell has played since moving up from Defense at age 13. Reading the ice and supporting both the offense and defense are the hallmark responsibilities of the position.
