Being first time home buyers, we were unsure how to navigate through the different areas of talking to home builders and with insurance companies, etc. She recommended plenty of communities that fit our interests, but ultimately she was able to get us with our dream builder because of her attention to detail and listening to what our wants and needs were. She worked in tandem with the home builder sales rep to schedule and show us plenty of houses within the community, and helped us pick out our home. Beyond this, she ended up negotiating over $40k+ in incentives and over $15k+ in closing costs. When you have someone like that in your corner that will fight for you, it makes the overwhelming experience of buying a home so simple.
