About Melissa Mulharan

Melissa (Missy) Mulharan is a Real Estate Agent and the Broker Manager for EXIT Realty Defined in Franklinville NJ. Born and raised in Millville, NJ, Missy is very knowledgeable about the Cumberland County area. She is also a member of The Jill Team, a top selling team in the South Jersey area. She grew up working at her family's retail/rental store, Tep's Power Equipment in Millville. It was there that she learned how important customer service is to successfully run a business. When the business closed, it was a natural transition for Missy to go into Real Estate sales where she could continue to work with her client's one on one and provide the utmost in customer service. Missy works with Sellers, Buyers, Renter and Investors and has a large database of repeat clients. Missy also enjoys spending quality time with her family: husband Bob and sons Kaden and Cole.
