Lauren was amazing throughout our whole buying process! She helped us purchase our new home while we were out of state, and walked us through each step thoroughly, answering all of our questions. She was always available for anything we needed and still checks in on us now that we're in our new home! She even pulled all the strings to help us with some timing issues we ran into so that we were able to unload our moving pod early...AND she even helped with getting all of our boxes and furniture into the house!! I bought my house with Dawn Hughes a year ago and just recently a need for a relocation to another state had me calling Dawn AGAIN to help me sell that same house. I should also let you know this was my first time buying and selling a house.Let me start off by saying that I am not the easiest person to deal with. I question everything and I am all around a nervous wreck when it comes to these kinds of things. Dawn was extremely patient with me. I can not thank her enough for being SO patient and understanding that this was new to me. Luckily, no matter how much I questioned the whole process, Dawn knew exactly what she was doing and she was correct every time. Dawn makes the process EASY for her buyers/sellers. Hiring a realtor is intimidating but Dawn in very down to earth and makes it feel like family helping family.
