I rarely post anything on the internet, but Mrs. Mirna Valdez deserves this recognition. I initially hired Mirna as a consultant just to understand the current real estate market and run rules for selling and buying a home. From the onset, Mirna was punctual and expressed sincere gratitude for the opportunity to discuss my questions and concerns of selling the property. I can honestly say that I was skeptical at first which led to a series of grueling questions and calls that lasted for weeks. Mirna persevered and was able to patiently walk me through the process (more than once). She did not waste any time in conducting a thorough and precise market analysis that was very detailed. Mirna was great at recommending depersonalization ideas for my existing home layout to make the property more appealing to prospect buyers. The house was listed for about 3 weeks with approx. 400 views and all it took was 2 showings and my house sold for the asking price. I was so impressed with Mirna?s performance that I requested that she represent me as a buyer for a new home. As expected, she was very inquisitive with the goal of generating a ?must have? check list to ensure she find the right listings that fit my needs. She was also very frank about expressing the pros and cons of the various properties that we looked at (at least 20), and always reverted to my list of ?must have? to assist me in finding the right home. Mirna?s passion for her line of work is obvious. She was there every step of the way, weekdays, weekends and always returned my calls and texts timely.Mirna demonstrated that she is true an expert in her field. Mirna?s strengths are that she is a good listener, analytical, detailed oriented, relentless, and most prominent is that she is honest, transparent, and she really, really loves her Job! I would highly recommend Mirna to anyone who is looking for a real estate consultant or an agent contemplating on selling or buying a home. Excellent work Mirna!
