ZillowVERIFIEDWhere can I begin about Miriam? My partner Tom and I were so fortunate to end up with Miriam as our realtor. We live in Chicago and were thinking about buying a fixer-upper in the dunes as a get away. We decided to just look at a few places listed on Zillow, one day when we were driving to the dunes beach to relax away from the city. We found this great house that needs a lot of work but it is right by the train and a 15 minute walk to the beach. We instantly fell in love with it. We contacted Miriam and within 3 weeks the house was ours! Seriously, only 3 weeks from the day we contacted her to the day we took possession! It was a quick sale with-out a bank but still it was amazing what she did. Our friends and family are all shocked that it was so quick. You can barely rent an apartment that fast. We decided we wanted a house and 3 weeks later it was ours. Now that has to be some kind of record. Miriam was extremely kind and helpful. Always there when we needed her and I really felt she had our back. She took care of everything for us with the seller and the lawyer. She was very informative and knowledgeable about everything we needed to know. She was always available by text, email or call ANYTIME we contacted her. I cant even begin to say how happy we are we ended up with her. I would never even consider using another realtor. When I buy more property she will be the first and only person I call. Her people skills and professionalism could not be more outstanding!
