I hired Miriam to help me find a rental in Boca Raton for the winter season. From the effort she put in, youd think she was selling me a multi-million-dollar mansion instead of a mere rental. But thats characteristic of Miriam -- she gives every project her all. She sent me a multitude of options, and then talked them through with me on the phone. I was delighted with the rental I got. And when I arrived in town, Miriam took me around to show me everything I should know. She also personally shopped for some items that I needed at the condo. Shes full of energy and enthusiasm and is great at her job!

Where can I begin about Miriam? My partner Tom and I were so fortunate to end up with Miriam as our realtor. We live in Chicago and were thinking about buying a fixer-upper in the dunes as a get away. We decided to just look at a few places listed on Zillow, one day when we were driving to the dunes beach to relax away from the city. We found this great house that needs a lot of work but it is right by the train and a 15 minute walk to the beach. We instantly fell in love with it. We contacted Miriam and within 3 weeks the house was ours! Seriously, only 3 weeks from the day we contacted her to the day we took possession! It was a quick sale with-out a bank but still it was amazing what she did. Our friends and family are all shocked that it was so quick. You can barely rent an apartment that fast. We decided we wanted a house and 3 weeks later it was ours. Now that has to be some kind of record. Miriam was extremely kind and helpful. Always there when we needed her and I really felt she had our back. She took care of everything for us with the seller and the lawyer. She was very informative and knowledgeable about everything we needed to know. She was always available by text, email or call ANYTIME we contacted her. I cant even begin to say how happy we are we ended up with her. I would never even consider using another realtor. When I buy more property she will be the first and only person I call. Her people skills and professionalism could not be more outstanding!

I met Miriam on the closing date for our home!Everything concerning the buying of the house was done by phone or internet. That may sound like a gamble but, my wife and I lived out of state and decided to go that route.My wife finding Miriam to work with was just good luck on our part. She is such a pleasure to have on your side.Miriam, in my opinion, is the consummate professional. I cant even begin to list all the things she did to get us into our home. She was literally available day and night. She had answers to all our questions or would find those answers. She provided any information we asked for very quickly. With the information we provided, she found several properties to our liking within a very short time.I wish I had met Miriam in person before the closing.
