We worked with Mindy Yasuda, Jennie Lok and their team at Zen Coast Homes and they are are amazing. We've worked with another realtor before and the comparison was just like night and day. Mindy and Jennie helped us both sell and buy. From the beginning I felt like we were in good hands.I really like how responsive she is as I feel like that is a necessary, crucial feature of a good realtor. We made the fixes to our home they recommended to maximize our value and were able to sell our home over asking price. They helped us set things up with getting quotes/bids so we didn't have to worry about it. You can tell Mindy has a lot of experience and knowledge with renovations, real estate and was integral in coordinating these projects for us. Buying our home was also a similar experience and they walked us through every disclosure on the homes we were interested in. It was nerve racking to go through the buying process here with all the competition and crazy Bay Area market but we ended up with a beautiful home. We are happy and very thankful to Mindy, Jennie, and Zen Coast Homes. 10/10 recommend, you can feel in a state of Zen knowing you're in good hands ! :)

We can't believe we struck luck and got to work with Mindy Yasuda and Jennie Lok Zen Coast Real Estate team when we had to sell our home! It was during the holiday season (just one month ago in Nov!) which is a slow season in the real estate market, especially with the high interest rates. We just bought a house and needed to sell our home asap and expected it would sit on the market for a while. However, Mindy and her team got to work so quickly as we were packing and lined up all the essential contractors, inspectors, stagers, and photographer. By the time we moved out, she had her team working on the house at lightning speed. It was on live on the market in just 12 days! And after the first day it went live on MLS, we got a strong pre-emptive offer that was wayyy over asking and comps! We officially closed on this house yesterday. It is still surreal how quickly we were able to sell our home in a slow market and we couldn't have done it without Mindy. She is organized, communicative, resourceful and an astounding project manager. We did not have to do one single thing because of how well she took care of it all. Any issues that came up, she found a solution for it. Her ability to corral contractors to finish on time is a big feat! She is also very accommodating when we needed support getting rid of some furniture but were no longer at the house and helped us gather our packages that were accidentally shipped there.
