About Mindy Melendez

Hello, my name is Mindy Melendez and my family and I moved to Palm Coast in 2011. After being born and raised in Ohio, moving to Florida was a wonderful new change. I love being able to enjoy the outdoors almost year round, as well as only being minutes from the beach. There is a lot to be said about the South! We enjoy more family time and treasure time we have together. I have 3 children, 2 girls and a boy and each has added so much to who I have become. After high school, I worked for the Federal Government and then decided to go to college. I attended Ohio Dominican University for my undergraduate and then went to Ashland University for my Masters. I graduated with my Bachelors of Science and obtained my teaching license in elementary education, reading endorsement and special education. I then went on and graduated with my Masters in Education with Curriculum and Instruction. After teaching for several years, both in elementary and then in high school, I made the change to Real Estate, both investing and selling. When I'm not doing what I love for a living, (which, if you don't know, is helping people with their real estate investments) I'm spending time with my husband and kids! I feel very strongly about what I do and all the connections I make. I know that each person comes into my life for a reason and for that I am very grateful! From day one Madalynn was amazing! I always thought that buying a home would be difficult and never would happen for myself. My wife and I found that a lot of Real Estate Agents are confused with the process. They are vague with their explanations and their knowledge of the process of buying a house. Even looking at the house seems to confuse some if you have any questions about electrical or plumbing. Some people even make things up---(lie) to sell any house so they can get paid. We found Mindy to be able to not only answer our questions, but she even asked some of her own. She was professional and helped us even when we were ready to walk away from it all. Would we Recommend her to someone---YES. Would we use her again without hesitation---Yes. She was very professional.

My wife & I were so lucky to find Mindy! She went out of her way to help us every step of the way through the process.. She made herself available to us 24/7. She even went so far as to find us some furniture & help deliver it to us!! When the sellers started to try some shady stuff Mindy held her ground. I truly believe she is more interested in finding you the right house & maling it as easy as possible to buy. I cant say enough aboit Mindy.
