4/1/2018: Mimi is the best realtor I ever met. I am looking for the property to buy, she took me on a tour for a few properties. She is very detail and very professional. Her soft skills are amazing. She is very honest. She is transparent. She get into very minute level of details about each topic. She is someone whom you can trust. She gives good idea about the things those needs to be fixed and what it takes to fix them and then helps you to compare the value with the market price. She is familiar with the insurance process and gives an idea how much it may cost to buy an insurance also. She also very detail about the cross ventilation, sunlight and about the water. She has all these perfect information that is required for the buyer to buy the home. I have come across a very few having similar depth Knowledge levels. She is very familiar with the city, school districts, shopping malls/plazas and social life, she helps with this information too.
