Is there a lot of rental homes in the neighborhood? Is there a lot of small children in the neighborhood? Is the neighborhood predominantly single adults? Are these factors important to you. *Ask for an inspection before finalizing a contract to purchase. *Obtain financing pre-approval. This will greatly help with the timing of the sale.
