I am a driven real estate professional with several years of experience in the industry and a passion for excellence in customer service. I have had the privilege to put my skills, talents and management experience to serve my clients and am proud to have quickly grown my business mainly through the referrals of these very happy clients. My mission is to treat each of my clients as if she/he was my only client. Having gone from one listing to 17 during my first year in business as a Realtor is a testimony to my dedication and drive to meet and exceed my client's expectations. I have been recognized for my ability to serve my clients whether they are a home seller or buyer. Prior to starting my real estate business, I spent eight years in the oilfield industry and left as a successful Field Services Manager with a staff of 20+ people. It was during those years that I further developed a strong focus toward excellence in customer service due in part to highly competitive nature of that industry. I believe you will find me to be detail oriented, goal driven and dedicated to continued personal and professional excellence in the Real Estate business.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Buying a home is an exciting and complex adventure. It can also be a very time-consuming and costly one if you're not familiar with all aspects of the process, and don't have all the best information and resources at hand!
*Think long-term and think re-sale.
*Remember - location, location, location.
*Make a checklist of your must-haves, nice-to-haves and other essentials. Take your checklist with you to every house you view.
*Review Home Owner Association bi-laws, in applicable. This can tell you a lot about the neighborhood.
*Check out the neighborhood demographics. Is there a lot of rental homes in the neighborhood? Is there a lot of small children in the neighborhood? Is the neighborhood predominantly single adults? Are these factors important to you.
*Ask for an inspection before finalizing a contract to purchase.
*Obtain financing pre-approval. This will greatly help with the timing of the sale.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
For most families, their home is their largest financial asset, and deciding to sell it is a big decision that involves a lot of preparation and work.
*Start by decluttering your house. Rent a storage unit if necessary to make the house spacious.
*Consider small upgrades with kitchen, bathroom, flooring, etc.
*Fix what is broken.
*Go fresh and clean. A fresh coat of paint goes a long way.
*Spruce up the curb appeal.
*Stage the home to attract buyers.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients in the past. From first time home buyers, to seasoned buyers, to investors. I have also worked with foreclosures, short sales, and distressed properties.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, I have pursued additional training to help me have the market skills and knowledge necessary to help Clients achieve successful short sales. In addition, as a CDPE, I am also a member of a network of professionals who are dedicated to staying informed and up-to-date with the changes in the field and have the ability to be in contact with some of the nation's top experts in the field of loss mitigation. Coupled with years of experience facilitating short sales, being a CDPE has proven to be invaluable in guiding my Clients towards a successful short sale.
