Brooke was absolutely AMAZING to work with!! For the entire process, Brooke ensured we'd look at every single home we wanted to, including always sending several homes herself for us to review for the next wave of showing - 30 homes before we found the one and it was all in a span of just a few weeks - she was on TOP of making sure we found our first home. She had so much knowledge on neighborhoods, red flags to look for in a house, and when it finally came time to buy our home, she was a rockstar. She made sure to talk to the sellers about us so it wasn't just a price on a paper, made sure that the price on the paper had everything it needed to have to ensure we had the best offer, and when it came time for inspections she made sure every single one of them was on time, and we were covered entirely before signing. We even had a situation the day before closing, and Brooke ensured that my significant other and I were going to be covered without delaying closing. On top of all of it, she was just absolutely so sweet and kind to us, so incredibly thoughtful in everything she did. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone! She has your back through and through.
