About Milan Popovich

Milan Popovich joined Bennion Deville Homes in 2016 after working several years in high end hospitality while earning his degree in Business Administration at College Of The Desert. As a lifelong Coachella Valley resident, his knowledge of the various cities and neighborhoods is vast. Milan's family had property management and home remodeling businesses which exposed him to the housing market at a very young age. He was very quickly chosen to be on a luxury sales team for the first two years of his real estate career and has since branched off to work independently representing clients in transactions between Palm Spring to Indio and everywhere in between. Milan knew we were not ready to purchase this winter but still took us to tour many places so we could see what was out there and what we might have to pay when we are ready. Mr. Popovich provided excellent advice. As non-California residents, we were unfamiliar with the California real estate regulations, paperwork, processes, etc. Mr. Popovich patiently guided us through the processes. The sale occurred shortly after listing the property and the purchase price was higher than the asking price. The online document signature process was very easy. Mr. Popovich was always prompt in his replies and would readily consult his colleagues if we encountered a situation that was new to him. We wouldn't hesitate to engage Mr. Popovich again or to recommend his services to a friend.
