Mila was hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. She kept me up-to-date through the whole process, which ended up being longer than we had anticipated. She was able to get us documents to sign via e-mail so we didn't have to come in. She guided us through a lot of the idiosyncrasies of buying a house that we never would have thought of on our own. We had contemplated working w/o a realtor and I am so glad we didn't. This is why you get a realtor and I am so glad we had her!
