I recently moved to the North Port area, and I was in need of a home right away. Brook listened to everything I was looking for, and almost instantly sent me several homes in my price range to view. She worked with my schedule, and found me the perfect home within hours. She got me under contract and got me closed in a very reasonable time considering dealing with 2 hurricanes within two weeks. She stayed in constant with me during every step of the process. She helped me navigate and was involved in coordinating with the lender, inspection, insurance, and any other things that came up. Brook was amazing to work with the entire process. She has so much knowledge of the area, so right away I was comfortable with her. I never felt pressured or rushed- I think I looked at the property at least 3 different times bringing different friends and family with me each time to get their opinion. She was always understanding, helpful, and professional. Not to mention purchasing a place in FL when I dont live there I know she went above and beyond her job description to help me make it all happen.
