He is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to price our house. Within 24 hours of our house being on the market we had 30 showings and 6 offers! The first buyer fell through and thanks to Mikes hard work and hustle we were under contact again in less than 24 hours. MIke was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable on the homes he showed me. Was transparent about everything and didn't leave anything out. I never felt I had to pull info from him. Mike Wiseman and his partner, Mike Vasquez, did an outstanding job selling our home. They listed our house at a perfect price and gave great advice on things to make it "ready" to sell. We felt they had our best interest throughout the entire process. They negotiated to get us a super offer. We were able to stay in our selling home until we closed on the new home; allowing us to only move once. The entire process was seamless as they communicated frequently too.
