There is no reason for me not recommend Dana or Tangy. They are good people. In any house purchase there are challenges. Mine is not an exception. The fine prints in the contract are extremely important. I missed some of them. As buyer's agent, it was my wish that they spotted them early in the game so that we would have taken corrective measures if any. As the market was extremely hot at the time of making an offer, there is nothing much we could have done is a different issue.
