1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Make sure there's a level of trust and comfort between you and the Realtor you choose. I highly recommend contacting a dedicated buyers agent so they can be a fiduciary in your transaction and get you the best possible price.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
We start at the end and work backward. I like to figure out exactly what the seller's intentions are, how quickly they want to get there and a gameplan to make that a reality.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All clients. First time buyers, first time sellers, commercial, on and on.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started as an electrician in 2004 - 2015. Got licensed in 2016.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
After going through more than 200 transactions in 3 years I've seen it all. I've also been in and out of thousands of homes throughout my career as an Electrician and Realtor. I know what to look for.
