Responded to my inquiries almost immediately. Mike was very helpful in helping us buy through him first. Ater due to unforseen circumstances we relocated in jobs and had to sell a home. Mike again was there right away and took care of all our requests and kept us aware of the market as well as informing us of things to help us sell faster. We trust him. That means alot when you are far away while this process takes place. He's a wizard with online marketing.
