ZillowVERIFIEDAbsolutely the worst experience with this agent. Listed my house and he never responded to any communications- finally 37 days after listing he tells me that the tenant in the home is creating issues and he is unable to show- I asked why didn't he notify me much earlier and he said we try not to disturb the sellers! The dumbest thing I ever heard! How do I sell if the house isn't being seen??? I told him this was unacceptable when he begins screaming obscenities' at me and telling me I don't talk about real estate he does- he then says my home is listed for too much so I asked why did he list for the high price if he could not get anything near that? More yelling and screaming- I needed to hang up. I expect an agent to advise me and treat me with respect- he does neither. You have been warned- avoid this guy at all costs.
