I was researching Realtors in Mountain House back in April when I decided to sell my investment properties. I had already heard about him through word of mouth as his reputation preceded him. It didnt take long to realize Mike was by far the most experienced.I asked around and read some of his reviews and I have to say, he really lives up to the hype. From the moment we made contact, man; he was ON IT! Now, the home wasnt sell ready at the time. It needed cleaning, paint, carpet & landscape. Plus, the tenant had damaged the home quite a bit. Within days of having signed the listing agreement, the painter was already in there masking it off. Within a few short weeks, the house was absolutely turn-key and ready to go. His stager, Janine came in and made it look like a model home and his photography crew took beautiful photos & prepared a lovely virtual tour. Because it took a while to get the home vacated, the market had already turned but Mike knew how to price it, how to market it and how to sell it! Even after dealing with flaky buyers and some dishonest buyers agents, it didnt taint his spirit. He remained as enthusiastic as day 1. Ive bought and sold numerous properties over the years and Mike was by the far the best Ive worked with. We met Mike 11 years ago when we were already in a contract to buy a home. But he made such an impression on us that we knew when we ever sold our home, he was gonna be our realtor. Fast track to July of this year when the market is not the best, he gave us advice on how to get the house ready and after our first weekend of open houses we had an offer on our house.
