Been working with James for the past 6-8 months straight. James is a very diligent, motivated, and knowledgeable individual that was both our realtor for selling our home to helping us find our next home that we wanted to grow our family in.What we have learned from working with James is that if you need assistance on fixtures or just ideas of how to increase your chances of selling your home, he will be there to assist you in your needs. He will bring in the team to stage your home, to point out all the perfections, and the uniqueness of what makes your home stand out most.James was able to not only help us sell our home, but was able to help us find our new home shortly after selling our past home. From scheduling appointments to discussions of what we really want in our new home to attending all home tours with us. During our visits to these potential homes we were given a piece of James knowledge of what we weren't able to see like if there was damage or a tree that was in the way of the foundation. Then he would point out the pros and cons, compare it to what we want, and ask us to prioritize what is at our top of the list that could be more potential. James would then run the comps on the homes and show us what we would be looking at if we wanted those homes.At the end of the stretch and James was always a call away or text away. We finally found the home and went thorough the negotiations and closing process. We felt that James was very easy to work with and was able to provide us with all the needs. He would read through all the contracts prior to sending them over just to make sure we were getting what we wanted. He assisted with recommendations for contractors if we needed work done, inspections required, or even just for advise on areas for the home.We want to thank James for all the diligence and hard work to making sure we were happy with what we wanted in the whole process. I am a first time home buyer, and I couldn't ask for a better realtor than Julie. As a first timer, she proved to be a valuable resource throughout the whole process. I had zero experience at the start, but she was patient and basically gave me a crash course in real estate. We probably viewed over 40 properties in a span of a 2 months, before I finally found my home. After a few counter offers, the seller wanted more than what I could afford, but Julie was able to masterfully negotiate and keep the price in my range. She is very attentive, responsive and truly looks out for your best interest. I highly recommend her, and I will definitely be reaching out to her when I'm ready to move on to the next property.

Tom was exceptional. He started off right away with a zoom call, which in these days is preferred since I have such a busy schedule. He was able to sum up the expected buying process in the 30 min that I had. He then followed up with an email outlining the entire process and what my next steps were. He connected me right away with a loan officer to get the pre approval process started. He stuck with me on my ever changing parameters. I changed my desired home location multiple times as well as who would be on the loan/title with me. And even through all of thataEUR"- he was still happy to help me find the perfect home. He prepped me at every step. He would email me and follow up with a text to let me know how urgent of a matter. Which was very helpful since I was not constantly checking my personal email during work hours. He explained every document and the specific parts I need to pay closer attention to prior to signing. He made the process very seamless and not as stressful as I anticipated. Def recommend especially if youre a first time buyer!
