During our visits to these potential homes we were given a piece of James knowledge of what we weren't able to see like if there was damage or a tree that was in the way of the foundation. Then he would point out the pros and cons, compare it to what we want, and ask us to prioritize what is at our top of the list that could be more potential. James would then run the comps on the homes and show us what we would be looking at if we wanted those homes.At the end of the stretch and James was always a call away or text away. We finally found the home and went thorough the negotiations and closing process. We felt that James was very easy to work with and was able to provide us with all the needs. He would read through all the contracts prior to sending them over just to make sure we were getting what we wanted. He assisted with recommendations for contractors if we needed work done, inspections required, or even just for advise on areas for the home.We want to thank James for all the diligence and hard work to making sure we were happy with what we wanted in the whole process. I am a first time home buyer, and I couldn't ask for a better realtor than Julie. As a first timer, she proved to be a valuable resource throughout the whole process. I had zero experience at the start, but she was patient and basically gave me a crash course in real estate. Tom was exceptional. He started off right away with a zoom call, which in these days is preferred since I have such a busy schedule. He was able to sum up the expected buying process in the 30 min that I had. He then followed up with an email outlining the entire process and what my next steps were. He connected me right away with a loan officer to get the pre approval process started. He stuck with me on my ever changing parameters. I changed my desired home location multiple times as well as who would be on the loan/title with me. And even through all of thataEUR"- he was still happy to help me find the perfect home. James Do was everything we could have hoped for in a realtor. He has a lifetime of knowledge about the Bay Area, especially the areas we were looking in (Fremont, San Jose, Redwood City, Palo Alto, etc.). He was patient with our changing plans and circuitous decision-making process as we learned about the intricacies of buying in the area. He gave us excellent, accurate advice on costs and benefits of buying right away vs. renting for 6 months or a year first. We ended up buying right away (started looking seriously in July, moved in early September), getting the first house we bid on thanks to James' masterful negotiating. Tyler and I couldn't be happier with how the home search turned out -- the house was in our budget and has everything we hoped for (15 minute commute across the bay to work, unique backyard landscaping, quiet street, no major renovations needed, mature trees, open layout, built in the '60s, etc.). Even after moving in, he's continued to be incredibly responsive and kind. For example, about a week after we moved in, some of our indoor-only cats escaped and ate part of what looked like a daylily in the back yard. We asked him whether he could contact the previous owner about whether or not it was toxic ("true" lilies are deadly to cats). Within minutes, James had contacted the house's former owner and let us know the lily's exact species (it was a non-toxic mariposa lily native to this area). I could not have been more grateful -- he (and the former owner) saved us a trip to the emergency vet ICU. James is a brilliant realtor and an exceptional person. We trust him with our (and our pets') lives!

Phu helped us purchase our home in Whittier, CA and made us feel like we were in good hands throughout the entire process.
