Mike was great through the entire buying process! He listened to what I was looking in a home and kept the search within my budget without trying to upsell me. Over the course of an entire day he took me around Camarillo/Oxnard/Ventura and described the neighborhoods and developments in the works. Eventually he found a house with a VA assumable loan and fought hard to get it, even arranging a same day house walkthrough. He was very knowledgeable on how the VA loan assumption process worked and saw it through to the end to make sure I got this deal. Overall the VA assumption process was easier with Mike constantly pushing all parties involved and we closed with little hiccups.
